13 Reasons to Use Apple Cider Vinegar!

Recently I was watching the news about apple cider vinegar. I honestly never heard about it but it talked about so many great benefits that it has. So I wanted to share with you 13 reasons why you should start using apple cider vinegar.

First off, What is apple cider Vinegar?

According to Wikipedia, Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple must and has a pale to medium amber color. Unpasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed. ACV is used in salad dressings, marinades, vinaigrettes, food preservatives, and chutneys, among other things. It is made by crushing apples and squeezing out the liquid. Bacteria and Yeast are added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, and the sugars are turned into alcohol. In a second fermentation process, the alcohol is converted into vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria (acetobacter). Acetic acid and malic acid give vinegar its sour taste.

Want to make your hair super shiny? Apple cider vinegar can be used as a rinse for your hair after shampooing, and will boost your hair's body and shine. You can use any bottle, even your old shampoo bottle, fill it with 1/2 a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of cold water. Pour the solution through your hair after shampooing several times a week to see dramatic results.

3. Natural apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of your skin.
Apple cider vinegar can be used as a natural toner. So you won't have to spend money on a regular toner.You can do this at night after washing your face , and in the morning before you apply your moisturizer. A dab of apple cider vinegar can also be left on the skin overnight to fade age spots or acne scars. It is also recommended to treat warts.

4. It can remove stains from teeth.
Rub teeth directly with apple cider vinegar, and rinse with water.

5. It can soothe sunburnt skin.
Add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath, and soak for 10 minutes to eliminate discomfort from sunburn.

Fill a bottle with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water, and shake before applying to the face. So this is perfect for people who have sensative skin.

 According to a 2009 study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, it was found that subjects that consumed acetic acid for 12 weeks experienced significant declines in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference and triglycerides. Triglycerides contribute to the bad cholesterol that we want to avoid.

One part vinegar and one part water can be sprayed on your pets fur and rubbed in generously to the skin. Saturate the entire coat, and continue every day for a few days to a week. Any flea infestation will surely be gone.

Apple cider vinegar will clean your toilets and leave your bathroom smelling like apples! Just pour apple cider vinegar into the toilet, and allow it to sit overnight. It can also be used in dishwashers as a substitute for dish detergent. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water, and you can use this solution to clean microwaves, kitchen surfaces, windows, glasses and mirrors, too.

Ulta Products Review

Hey guys ....and Happy Halloween !!

Its one of my favorite holidays and I can't wait to watch horror movies all day lol Anyways, as promised (sorry again it took me soo long)  I'm finally going to be doing a review on the products that I previously bought from Ulta. The first product that I'm going to mention is Ouidad Wave Create Sea Spray. I was so excited to use this spray because I've heard so many great reviews about it. I also wanted to try out a product that will give my hair that will give my hair that beachy look. I tried this product a couple of times and it didnt make my hair have that beachy look. It still looked very poofy and not wavy. I followed all of the directions that it said and it did not work. The only pro that I would give it is that it smells sooo good, it has like a coconut scent.There is another product which is the texterizing taffy, which is like a paste. I have thick hair so I think the taffy should work because it comes in a paste form, instead of a spray form. I will update all of you  on how the taffy works for me when I purchase it. On to the next product, Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Daily Boost. Where do I begin with this? I love this product; It definitly does what it saids. It give you so much volume in your hair and it doesnt leave any residue in your hair at all. I will continue to purchase this product and recommend it for any girl that wants to add alittle volume to their hair. If you like this review please comment down below and one again have a happy and safe Halloween :)

Benefit POREfessional Review !

Hey guys, so as promised I'm going to be doing a review on the Benefit POREfessional. This my first out of 3 reviews that I promised from my Ulta haul post. So if you haven't heard of the Benefit POREfessional before, its a pore minimizing primer. There has been a bunch of reviews on YouTube on it and let me tell you this primer is a miracle worker. As mentioned before, I have really large pore on the bottom of my eyes. So when I first heard of this product, I thought it was too good to be true. When I tried it myself, I knew all the beauty gurus on YouTube weren't kidding. After I tried it for a few days I definitely noticed a diffrence in my skin. It definitely minimized the appreance of my pores and it makes my skin very soft. When I put it on with my foundation,  it makes my skin look flawless. I understand now why the regular size one cost $30. Its really worth the money and I will go and buy one very soon. I really recommend this product. I will be trying out other primers to compare but I know that the Benefit POREfessional is going to be my holy grail for primers. Like I mentioned before, I'm going to be doing other reviews from my Ulta haul so stay tuned for that :)

Fall Color Trends

Time to put away the bikini, sunblock, tank tops and shorts and get out your coats, scarfs and boots because know what that means, Fall is officially here! I'm going to let you know the latest color trends for the fall. Violet, this is the staple color for the fall; It is such a beautiful color. You can use this to your nails, clothing and to add a little pop of color to your makeup when your out on the town. So if you have Rebel by MAC, definitely use it and if you don't go to your Macy's and go get one now! Bloody/dark reds, are another color that is great for the fall. I'm soo going to try this color for the fall.You can definitely use this color on your lips, especially for the Halloween to match a costume that you are wearing, or for the Holidays. Two other great colors are gold and silver. Gold chains are a really big trend this season.This color is great for the holidays just like red. Especially the grey because it will match with almost everything. If you want to add a pop of color to your fall collection, there are two colors that yu should get. Orange is the color that you should get because it is the color of the pumpkins and Halloween. Its the basic Fall color that you would see throughout the season. Colbat blue has been trendy thoughout the summer and its here for the fall also; Sally Hansen in Pacific Blue is definirly that color. I am obessed with the color and will be using it for this fall :)

Brighter and Clearer Skin

I know every girl out there wants to have brighter and clearer skin. Well I have found that product that does just that. Its the Noxzema Originial Deep Cleansing cream. When I was younger, I used to have really bad skin. I used to have breakouts all over my face. I didn't have the really bad red acne, it was just the normal acne. It was just so much that I had on my face. I tried a few products here and there until my mother recommended me to try the Noxzema Original Deep Cleansing Cream. I put it on every night before I went to sleep. While your sleeping is because your body is relaxed and it is best for your skin. The cream dries up all the acne in your skin. When you put it on, you will have a cool feeling on your skin, pretty much like menthol. After using this cream for a while you will see clearer and even brighter skin. Also it will leave your skin super soft. You can find the Noxzema Original Deep Cleansing Cream eveywhere for $3.

Sleek Straight Hair

I've been always obsessed with sleek straight hair but I used never have luck achieving it. I've tried everything from sprays to gels; they would just make my hair very dry and itchy. I also tried straightening irons but most of them made my hair dry and poofy. Finally, have have found two miracle workers to make my hair sleek and straight. I recently got the Olive Oil Incredibly Rich Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion and the Remington Pearl S9500 Ceramic 1" Flat Iron, which can be found at Walmart. You can use the hair lotion after you get out the shower. It works best after you put conditioner on your hair. You can either blow dry or air dry your hair. After that your hair is dry you can either put a little bit of the lotion or begin to strighten your hair. Make sure you straighten your hair in small sections so it can be strightened better. After your done, put a small amount of lotion on your hair and brush it. Then your done! Even if you don't put the lotion after you shower, you can still use it before straightening your hair and it work just as good. Ulta Haul !!!

Hey guys !! so today I went to Ulta for the first time. I decided to go there and look around. While I was there I got the Ouidad wave create sea spray, the Paul Mitchell extra body daily boost root lifter, and the benefit big time prime impulse. I first went to Ulta to get the Ouidad sea spray beacuse I heard so many good reviews on it on YouTube and on other websites. I've wanted a hair product that will give me soft,  beachy hair, because other products make my hair sticky, crunchy and poofy. So that is why I decided to give the Ouidad sea spray a try. Also the checkout lady said that it was a very good product and the girl before me had just bought it, so right there and then I was like yup this spray is mine lol. I also got the Paul Mitchell root lifter. I got this because I want my hair to have volume when I style it. I'm tired of having my hair flat without volume on my root because it just looks blahh. My last product that I got at Ulta was Benefit big time prime impulse.  This is the mini tubes that come with the "that gal" primer and the famous POREfessional. I got this especially for the POREfessional because I heard so many good reviews on and it and I wanted something that will minimize the appearance of my pores. I have really deep pores on the top of my cheeks, so I definitely want to give this a try. I will also try out the "that gal" primer. I swear this store is really good and I had to leave quick because if I stayed there longer I would end up buying way more stuff and go broke lol. Julep Maven Box Review

Hey guys, today I'm going to do a review on the Julep Maven Box. Julep is an online store which are best known for is their many nail polishes. They also sell makeup, hair, skincare and body products. Recently, one of my friends told me about being a Julep maven, which you would take a beauty quiz and  you would get a customized maven box every month, according to your quiz. So I decided to take the quiz and got a customized box which would have two nail polishes and other beauty products. My order was free because my friend invited me to be a Julep maven, I accepted and I got a code. The only thing that I had to pay was the shipping which was $3.99. It is still a good deal comparing to the $23 I would have to pay without the free code. When I got the box, it contained, a welcome card with some tips, your results from the beauty quiz (mine was classic with a twist), two nail polishes, and a foot cream. The box also came wih a little gift which was a instant warming foot scrub. I Absolutely loved the foot cream, this cream makes your feet so soft and moisturized. It smells so good, it has a minty scent. So this cream is great to put on right after you take a shower and put socks on right after. The foot scrub is also great. The nail polishes are good also, the colors are so cute. The only thing is that they chip pretty easy, but I would give them another try. I'm really glad I got this box because I'm enjoying all these products.  Also, as a Julep maven each box will cost $19.99 right after, every month. Thankfully, you can skip each month until you find a box that you like.
